It is the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park and the SeaLife Center. Make sure to take a coat, this city can get cold even in the summer.

The animals you will possibly encounter are whales, seals, sea lions, bald eagles and possibly even orcas. You will even catch a glimpse of some waterfalls along the way. There are also caves in the mountains that kayakers will go to. They also have great kayaking opportunities in Seaward. You will also get to see huge glaciers that are slowly moving between the mountains. It's something you need to see in your lifetime. They have a small boat that takes you to Fox Island in Kenai Peninsula Borough with a beach of stones that you can skip on the beautiful water. There is a dining place where people like to eat crab and other seafood. Make sure to put this on your stop list you won't regreat what you see.
